I thought that "affordable" means setting the price of a house in Ghanaian cedis so that a cleaner in Ghana can afford it, a construction worker in Ghana can afford it, and a secretary in Ghana can afford it. If you are trying to promote these kinds of luxury houses, please stop using the word "affordable" on your videos, because it is so misleading. Most people in Ghana are very poor, and we the diasporas are sick and tired of seeing houses being promoted as if they are built for common Ghanaians, but in reality, they are unaffordable for them. If you want to build houses to address some of the social and housing issues, then stop building homes that are only sold to the wealthy elite. Many of us in the diaspora, including myself, are genuinely NO LONGER interested in buying luxury over priced houses in Ghana, because they are often too expensive and overpriced, especially in areas without basic infrastructure. This lack of infrastructure is forcing many of people to consider leaving Ghana. Look at the gap between the rich and poor in Ghana:. Ghana has failed miserably to build simple, basic, TRULY affordable homes for all local Ghanaians. Instead, they are desperately building luxury homes targeted at the rich, us, the diasporas, who earn their income in dollars or euros. Many of us just want to stay away from Ghana. So, please stop promoting these so-called "affordable" luxury houses and stop encouraging and enticing people to buy them. If people stop buying overpriced real estate in Ghana, prices will eventually fall and come down. This is due to the law of supply and demand, which governs everything. The solution is to build standard homes without unnecessary luxury. "Luxury" is often nothing more than a waste, and most of us feel sorry for the ordinary Ghanaians who don't have access to these type of homes. We (most of us the diasporas) are not interested in these kinds of houses, so stop misusing the word "affordable. to get views and earn commission." These are not affordable houses in a country or city without basic infrastructure.

This topic errh hummm… Because of bad roads and traffic, I had to make a tough decision not to move to my newly built 5 bedroom mansion at new Bortianor hills. I had to cough over $200k to buy a new house at Tantra form an estate developer so I escape the bad roads and traffic. It hurts but hoping the road to my mansion is fixed soon so I can enjoy the house I put all my heart in to build. Proximity to town was not an issue for me because am only in the country for only 3 weeks after a month and half of being away. Nonetheless, I love my new home and its proximity to social amenities. Love your channel because you always address me directly ( my name is Kojo😂)
